Refund policy

1. General Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only if the package is unopened and remains sealed in its original condition.
  • The returned package must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and promotional materials.
  • Once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with, it is not eligible for return unless it meets the damaged/broken exception mentioned below.

2. Exception for Damaged or Broken Items (DOA – Dead on Arrival)

  • If a product arrives damaged or broken due to shipping, the customer is eligible for a replacement or refund under the following condition:
  • A complete and unedited unboxing video is provided as proof.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Rules

  • To qualify for a replacement or refund for a damaged/broken product:
  • The video must begin before opening the package, showing:
  • The sealed condition of the parcel.
  • The shipping label and all sides of the package.
  • The video must clearly show the entire unboxing process in one continuous shot, ending with the discovery of the damage.
  • Edited, incomplete, or interrupted videos will not be accepted.

4. Claim Submission

  • Claims for damaged or broken items must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Claims must include the mandatory unboxing video.
  • Claims without video evidence or submitted after 72 hours will be automatically rejected.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer: If you choose to return a product for any reason (other than damage on arrival), the cost of sending the item back to us must be paid by you.
  • We do not provide pickup for returns: Customers need to arrange the return courier themselves and pay the courier charges directly to the service provider.
  • Safe packing is the customer’s responsibility: While sending the product back, customers must pack it safely. If the item is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging, we may not accept the return.
