We pack every order with care and ship through trusted courier partners. We offer free delivery on all orders, and once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to check the status.

Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier speed, but we always try to deliver as quickly as possible.

We offer returns for 14 days from the date you receive the product. You can return a product only if it is unopened, unused, and still sealed in its original condition. The product must include the original box, manuals, accessories, and any free items.

If the product has been opened, used, or changed in any way, we cannot accept a return unless it was damaged during delivery.

Return Shipping (Customer Responsibility):

• Return courier charges must be paid by the customer. We do not cover or refund the cost of sending the item back for normal returns.
• Customers must arrange their own courier for returns. We do not offer pickup service for returning products.
  Items must be packed safely by the customer.
• If the product gets damaged during return shipping due to poor packing, the return may be rejected.

If your order arrives damaged or broken (Dead on Arrival), you can request a replacement or a refund. To process this, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video.

The video must clearly show:

• The parcel before opening
• The sealed condition
• The shipping label and all sides of the package
• The full unboxing process in one continuous shot until the damage is visible
• Edited or incomplete videos will not be accepted.

All damage claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery along with the required video. Claims without video proof or claims made after 72 hours will be rejected.
